Tiger Lily

I'm part of a local book club and we recently finished reading Tiger Lily by Jodi Lynn Anderson. I love a good fairy tale and was super excited to read Tiger Lily. I enjoyed the book but I wouldn't put on my favorites list. Jodi does a wonderful job of developing the characters in this story. The story is told from the perspective of Tinker Bell and it's told in such a way that you can't help but fall in love with Tiger Lily, Pine Sap, and Peter, while developing a dislike for Wendy. Another plus, the book is clean- no foul language or suggestive material. Pace wise the book was a little slow for me. I shouldn't have been surprised by the ending but I was secretly hoping the story would have ended differently.
